Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation within the financial planning and analysis industry. Five (5) years of experience must include: Implementing new processes with a focus on the end-to-end expense cycle including origination, approval, execution, accrual, payment, and booking to design investment and expense tracking across an organization; Leading financial data consumption from multiple platforms to ensure best available sources of information are used for financial tracking of key investments/expenses; Analyzing, assessing, and approving Investment Expenditures; Driving organization wide communication efforts with a focus on enterprise understanding, standardization, agreement, and implementation of financial planning and analysis processes; Managing financial tracking for key investment/expenses and reporting to senior leadership. Implementation of automation and interactive dashboarding to provide transparency, insight, and actionable details to transformation operators and leaders; Generating analytics for quarter end flash results, related highlights, Board of Directors reports, and executive management reports; and Leading quarterly competitor reviews, quarterly annotated supplements, and quarterly investment reports. 40 hrs./wk.
