Your role:
Lead Data Management in Regional Steering Committees, Regional leadership forums, governance and project calls and help ensure decisions reached are in line with data capabilities and in the best interest of data management practices
Devise and implement excellent Master Data strategy in alignment with global & regional stakeholders as well as external consultants where applicable
Motivate teams to do superior execution imbibing operational excellence practices
Ensures data (quality) rules are enforced, data management processes, policies, standards, and compliance with the data owners of market
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 15+ years of experience in a market in a leadership role with exposure to data quality or data management or data use in business context, minimum 5 years direct people management experience
Your skills include data and information management experience (like using analytics and standard toolings)
High proficiency in SAP MDM as well as usage of Salesforce.com, Qlikview, PowerBI, PowerAutomate and SAP will be advantageous
Extensive leadership experience & skills in people management, metric management, and stakeholder management
You have minimum 15+ years’ experience in Master Data/data management field with an engineering or mathematical graduation/master’s degree (preferred)
You’re a great communicator and have excellent presentation skills
You are comfortable in working with senior stakeholders and can explain complex technical work in simple language
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside inorwithin commuting distance to Nashville, TN
