Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze complaint and performance data to identify cost savings opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team, to include Operations/Manufacturing.
  • Continually seeks to drive improvements in product and process quality.
  • Summarizes, analyses, draws conclusions and makes appropriate decisions from test results or other process related findings.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and protocols
  • Checks and provides support in the execution and investigation of CAPAs, NCEP, Failure Mode Investigations, etc.
  • Is a good team member, fully motivated to achieve and demonstrate best practices in line with the department and Site objectives.
  • Provides focused quality engineering support for sustaining engineering team to ensure the delivery of the highest quality product to the customer.

What we're looking for in you:
Required qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or technical field
  • 4 years of related quality experience
  • Experience supporting commercialized product
  • Ability to evaluate design and process performance
  • Medical device industry experience
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferred qualifications

  • Self-motivated with a passion for solving problems and a bias for action
  • Hands-on approach to problem solving
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
