• Partner with our Digital & Data leadership and hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements, and to provide market insights and hiring strategy recommendations.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer.
• Use data and insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and drive outcomes.
• Collaborate with the employer branding team to craft compelling job ads and campaigns.
• Stay ahead of tech hiring trends, tools, and best practices.
