This position will bring a balanced set of incubation, design, growth engineering, customer focus, and execution skills. The position requires you to work with product leaders and architects across the company, has executive exposure, requires you to mentor other Product Managers tobe the cultural champions and adopt thebest practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree AND 10+years’ experiencein product/service/project/program management or software development
  • ORequivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in shipping large scale enterprise software products.
• Experienceinworking with customers to understandtheiruse cases anddistill requirements.
• Problem-solving skills with technicalproficiencyand strategic thinking.
• Ability to innovate at a platform level and drive integrated, end-to-end solutions.
• Skilled cross divisional relationship building skills and ability to collaborate with partners, ability to pull together technology andexpertiseacross M365, Windows and Azure, to drive clarity across teams andestablishlong lasting, trusted relationship with partner teams.
• Ability to drive for results and influence for impact, ability to drive clarity, communicate goals to key stakeholders, and motivate them to execute on time and at a high quality.
• Proactivelyidentifiesproblems, proposes solutions, withdemonstratedability to navigate ambiguity.
• Prior experience working onCloud platforms,Kubernetes, Linux.
• Able to look at the big-picture view and dive deepinservice designsas needed.
• Ability to work across team boundaries to get things done.
• Self-motivated, proactive, andresult
