Your key responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis: Analyse and understand client workforce management processes to identify areas for improvement.
- System Configuration: Customize and configure the SAP Workforce Management module to meet client-specific needs.
- Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP Workforce Management with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of SAP Workforce Management solutions, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
- Documentation: Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure the system complies with relevant regulations and generate reports to support decision-making.
Skills and attributes for success
- Certified in SAP Workforce Management.
- Must have at least two or more SAP Workforce Management end to end implementation or Support Project experience.
- Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities
- Must provide functional knowledge and manage client relationships within context of individual role.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Master’s degree OR Bachelor’s degree.
- 3-4 years of work experience in SAP Workforce Management.
- Experience with other SAP modules such as HR, Payroll, and Time Management is an added advantage.
