Key Qualifications
  • IP Understanding:
  • Deep architectural understanding of High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP
  • NPI Process:
  • In-depth knowledge of the Semiconductor Manufacturing Process
  • Extensive experience in New Product Introduction from product concept to volume production
  • ATE/Testing skills:
  • Expertise in ATE Semiconductor Test Methodology - DFT experience is a plus
  • Comprehensive, hands-on experience in constructing ATE test programs for High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP:
  • Competence in using test measurement equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.)
  • Programming skills:
  • Proficiency in programming skills for developing and debugging ATE test programs
  • Expertise in scripting/coding to support development of tools and utilities (i.e. PERL, Python, C, C#, etc.)
  • HW design:
  • Experience in ATE High-Speed board design and thorough understanding of signal integrity analysis
  • Travel is required
Education & Experience
BS and minimum of 10+ years of relevant industry experience is required.
Pay & Benefits
  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $152,400 and $268,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Note: Apple benefit, compensation and employee stock programs are subject to eligibility requirements and other terms of the applicable plan or program.
