Job overview
• Lead the product management for the mass mid-market of the fire alarm industry, in line with the strategic development of the mass mid-market business
• Understand the mass mid-market trends of the fire alarm industry in China and develop a product roadmap
• Understand customer needs and industry competition, lead product analysis of competing companies, and be responsible for the formulation of new product line strategy
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to drive the execution of product line strategic planning
Primary responsibility
• Responsible for the product line development and sales cooperation of the mass middle market of the fire alarm industry, formulate and implement the new product development plan
• Organize new product launch and sales, including product requirement definition, value planning, technical specifications, etc
• Organize product line marketing, including market environment analysis, competitive product information collection, sales forecast, and ensure communication with related business units
• Effective communication and coordination
• According to the results of market research and analysis, organize the formulation of product promotion strategy and product pricing strategy to ensure the profitability of products
• Promote the marketing status of the product line, sales opportunities, etc., and regularly submit marketing analysis reports
• Responsible for product promotion, including sales tools, product training, sales communication, etc
• Responsible for marketing activities such as new product launch, road show and dealer meeting
Knowledge/Skills
• Familiar with national standards of fire electronics industry and professional knowledge of fire industry;
• Familiar with national policies, laws and regulations, design specifications and standards;
• Knowledge of the construction industry and its mechanical and electrical installation or weak current field;
Educational situation
• Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or automation is preferred
Work experience
• More than 5 years of fire alarm related industry is preferred
• More than 5 years working experience in B2B product management and marketing.
• Experience in team management

• Have strong organizational planning skills and organizational coordination and communication skills
• Good analytical, Excel and presentation /PowerPoint skills
