Associate Director – Americas Consulting Brand Activation Leader

As the Americas Consulting Brand Activation Leader you will be a pivotal member of our leadership team, responsible for driving the success of our brand, products and services in the market through strategic planning, data driven insights and influential brand communication. Your role will play a critical part in shaping both the short-term and long-term consulting strategy, ensuring our services and expertise remain relevant and appealing to our clients and prospects.


General responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute brand activation strategies to support marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with strategic marketing and demand generation.
  • Identify gaps in the market and spot brand opportunities.
  • Partner with creative and media buying agencies to ensure the EY Americas Consulting strategy is effectively deployed in the market.
  • Craft marketing consideration campaigns that position EY Consulting Services as the Transformation Leader and Technology Leader of choice.
  • Manage relationships with SEO and SEM vendors to optimize growth and visibility.
  • Maximize effectiveness and impact by harnessing data to drive predictive, consistent results, make better decision and maximize ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a talented team in creating compelling website content with a strong understanding of SEO to boost organic traffic.
  • Oversee a team of paid media experts, EY.com leads, and creative professionals to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
  • Ensure we safeguard the EY brand aligning brand activities to the overall company goals
  • Oversee the production of marketing collateral.
  • Supervise the production of high-quality marketing collateral and maintain a creative library and data asset management tools.
  • Measure the success of overall campaigns and provide recommendations.
  • Host regular planning calls with key stakeholders, demand generation and event planning team.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the EY brand ethos.

Skills and experience

  • 10-12 years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated people management experience
  • Strong strategic and planning skills to develop and implement effective brand activation strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey brand messages to different stakeholders including clients, alliances, staff and prospects
  • Proficiency in digital and traditional marketing channels to activate the brand across multiple touchpoints and platforms including paid media, content marketing, social media and SEO.
  • Analytical skills to track and measure the success of brand activation campaigns, using data to inform future strategies
  • Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with different teams such as marketing, sector, alliances and service lines
  • Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with excellent project management, financial acumen, and negotiating skills
  • A startup mentality with a bias toward action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in both virtual and in-person event environments, and with managing internal and external teams
  • Positive and motivated self-starter; solid decision-making skills
  • High performer with a can-do attitude and strong project management and organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment, and experience influencing and building relationships with diverse stakeholders
What we offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $127,300 to $245,000 The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $152,700 to $278,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances.
