The Experience You’ll Bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or a similar role
- Solution-oriented mindset, focusing on achieving 80% of results with 20% effort.
- Strong business acumen, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Extensive experience and passion for data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/ Google Sheet is a requirement.
- Ability to convey findings in a suitable format for decision-making at various levels.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, deriving meaningful insights and implications beyond the obvious.
- Proficient in managing stakeholders effectively, integrating and collaborating with different teams and leaders.
- Capability to streamline disparate data sources and reporting cadences to ensure effective governance.
- Advanced English proficiency for effective communication and influence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in large consumer internet companies, especially in e-commerce or online marketplaces, is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Data Studio, Python, Tableau and Data Visualization is a plus.
