8 years of experience in eDiscovery, Information Governance or a related field (e.g., records management, data governance, etc.).
4 years of experience working in a legal domain and interacting with executive stakeholders.
4 years of experience in program development or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Practical experience having driven development and onboarding of a new policy or decision-making framework, legal technology or managing existing technology and related processes.
Experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, leveraging sound business judgment and management, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
