- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in communications or public relations, including agency, internal communications.
- Experience designing and developing engaging multi-media content (e.g., video, graphics, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
- Understanding of all facets of communications, including social media, corporate materials (i.e., fact sheets, speeches, presentations, web content), and multimedia development.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with effective attention to detail.
- Ability to influence and build partnerships at all levels, with excellent executive presence and professional skills.
- Ability to grow in ambiguity, quickly learn new skills, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, grammar, proofreading, and storytelling skills to craft compelling written and visual content.
