As a Sr. Advanced Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our products and processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Conduct audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support to resolve complex quality issues and drive process improvements.

YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or quality.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.

• Experience in driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing quality processes.

WE VALUE

• Certification in quality management, such as Six Sigma Black Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).

• Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
