As a Performance Test Lead, you willbe responsible forevaluating the speed, reliability, scalability, stability, response time, and resource usage of software applications under different workloads and scenarios. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business flows andgoals andcreate a test plan and strategy to ensure that the software meets the performance requirements and expectations of customers and users. You will alsobe responsible forand resolving any performance bottlenecks, issues, or risks, and providing recommendations for performance improvement.

Test Planning and Strategy:

gather and understandrequirements and design comprehensive test plans and strategies forsolutions built onDynamics 365platform along with cloud components based on Microsoft Azure.

Develop anda roadmap for performance testing activities.

Test Development

Understand the performance, requirements, criteria, scope, approach,, tools, and resources for the performance testing project.

Responsible for ctest scripts, data, and environment for executing the performance tests.

Record test scripts that mimic user actions performed in a scenario on the application.

Validate scripts with different users to ensure all expected correlation and parameterization is working.

Set up the workload model and execute the tests, whilethe system performance during test execution.

Analyse test results,performance bottlenecks, issues, and risks, and provide recommendations for performance improvement.

Document and communicate test findings, conclusions, and suggestions to stakeholders.

Test Execution

xecute load and stress testing scripts based on the agreed workload model to assess the system's performance under variousbased on the user volume, data volume, number of transactions and any other metric based on the project needs.

Scalability Testing:

Evaluate the scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions by simulating increased user loads and data volumes.

Provide recommendations for system scalability improvements.

Performance Monitoring:

Handson knowledge of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools. Utilize performance monitoring tools to gather real-time performance metrics.

Defect Tracking and Reporting:

Document and report defects using a systematic and detailed approach.

Acts as an ambassador in consumption of intellectual property (IP) and leverages IP in projects. Proactivelyin the creation of intellectual property content and seeks areas that are available for more IP. Communicates areas that need refreshing or gaps in intellectual property. Provides feedback for continuous improvement.
