Job Description

Management– You will be responsible for managing, hiring, and training QA engineers as well as aligning resources as per business needs.

Communication– You will need to write reports and relay information to employees in person, and management on releases and risks. You will need to work with Project managers to ensure QA deliverables are on-time and identify any risk upfront.

Coding Comprehension– You should be able to read and write computer coding languages like Java and Python to identify potential problems and find ways to streamline software delivery.

Ability to provide oversight and analysis of work estimates and defend and articulate work efforts.

Able to work in a fast-paced, technical environment with minimal oversight and in a professional manner.

Staying on top of the cutting-edge testing techniques and trends, implementing the technologies and ensuring higher quality products on projects

Requirements

• 20+ years of Quality Assurance Experience
• 10+ years as a Quality Assurance Manager
• 5+ years working with CloudOps
• Led QA teams globally (multiple locations)
• Responsible for testing Cloud based solution (Private, AWS, Azure)
• Responsible for testing products AI models
• Responsible for testing products in the financial crime market (Fraud and Anti Money Laundering)
• Responsible for testing API based solutions
• Responsible for testing Realtime solutions
• Responsible for testing high volume transaction solutions
• Experience with using and building QA Automation
• Experience testing React based UIs
• Experience testing MicroServices based architectures
• Experience testing solutions that leverage databases (MySQL, Postgres and MongoDB)
• Experience testing BI solutions
• Experience with CI/CD Pipelines (Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence. Bitbucket)
• Experience with Cloud based Release Management
• Experience with code scanning services like Blackduck and Veracode
• Experience with Security services like MFA, Encryption and testing for Security
• Experience with Agile development and SCRUM
• Experience with Linux systems

Nice to have

• Experience with Performance Testing plans and tools
• Experience with I18N product testing
• Experience using AI to build tests and test plans
• Experience with Security services like MFA, Encryption
• Experience with Superset BI framework
• Experience with Snowflake, Graph Database, Time Series Databases
• Experience with Rules engines and workflow engines

Soft Skills

Demonstrate strong leadership skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the writing and presenting of presentations around testing strategies and best practices.
