As our next, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct flow of materials from receipt to shipment through production lines. You will manage material requirements, maintain MRP parameters, review delivery exceptions, and analyze inventory discrepancies. You will also support lean manufacturing initiatives to improve processes, inventory levels, and cost efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in materials planning, logistics, or supply chain
• Strong knowledge of material planning and logistics processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Ability to evaluate material management impact on cost and operations
• Experience in inventory control and discrepancy resolution
• Experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tools
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and supplier negotiations
