Job Description

Our team in Dresden, Germany are recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join our established team. This role supports, builds and develops relationships with KLA customers. You will hold responsibility for;

  • Building strong customer relationships at all levels, working closely with the customer to understand their problems and create a superior customer experience.
  • Setting and tracking sales account targets, aligned with company objectives. Monitoring sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Successful development and implementation of global negotiation strategies and their coordination
  • Leading multi-disciplinary cross companies’ teams toward the achievement of technical and commercial objectives.
  • Coordination and implementation of global strategies to continuously increase customer satisfaction, market share and earnings.
  • Traveling to see customers in Europe and internationally (30-40%)

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level degree and related work experience
  • Sales and key account management experience
  • General knowledge of the semiconductor industry is desirable.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals with an understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Ability to deliver effective technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
  • Experience with Miller Heiman or Conceptual Sales techniques is a plus
  • Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication along with accomplished digital literacy
  • Fluent in English and German is desirable.
