Manager – Strategy (Digital)
As part of our EY-Parthenon team, you will help clients shape their digital future by developing forward-looking growth and transformation strategies. Leveraging EY-Parthenon’s proprietary frameworks, you will guide clients on how best to invest in emerging technologies, optimize digital ecosystems, and unlock long-term value through innovation. This includes crafting digital market entry strategies, evaluating technology-led investment opportunities, and undergoing transformation.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead digital strategy engagements focused on transformation, innovation, and value creation across sectors.
- Apply EY-Parthenon’s proprietary frameworks to assess digital maturity, identify growth opportunities, and design transformation roadmaps.
- Translate business-driven AI opportunities into requirements that align with enterprise data and technology architecture
- Guide cross-functional teams (6-8 professionals) in delivering high-impact digital strategy projects.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, digital operating models, and technology investment plans.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to assess platform ecosystems, customer journeys, and digital capabilities.
- Drive business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Contribute to thought leadership in digital strategy, including GenAI, data monetization, and innovation frameworks.
- Support firm-building initiatives such as hiring, mentoring, and capability development.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 8–12 years of experience in strategy consulting with a focus on digital transformation, digital maturity assessment, technology roadmap implementation and value creation
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Power BI, Alteryx; knowledge of Python, VBA is a plus.
- MBA or Master’s from a Tier 1 B-School
- Prior experience with Big Four or leading consulting/technology firms; candidates with strong tech consulting backgrounds are preferred
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in project management and innovation strategy
- Exposure to design thinking, MVP development, and platform ecosystem evaluation
- Strategy roadmap design skills and experience in client-facing roles
