Job Description
- Develop and implement customer engagement strategy, optimizing engagement strategies across the product and service portfolio.
- Develop complex and advanced machine learning models that learn from and scale to petabytes of data.
- Design and deliver enterprise analytic solutions for customers.
- Develop powerful business insights from social, marketing and industrial data using advanced machine learning techniques.
- Provide insight into leading analytic practices, designs and leads iterative learning and development cycles, and ultimately produce new and creative analytic solutions that will become core deliverables.
- Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development and delivery of presentations as well as communications to management or broader audience.
- Actively manage relationships within and across various business lines, corporate and/or control functions and ensure alignment with enterprise and/or regulatory requirements.
- Keep current on emerging trends and developments, and grow knowledge of the business, related tools, and techniques.
- Act as a brand ambassador for your business area/function and the bank, both internally and/or externally
Job Requirement
- Undergraduate degree in STEM is required (computer science, engineering, math or physics etc.) Graduate's degree preferred with either progressive project work experience
- Solid knowledge of applied Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Large Language Models
- Knowledge and experience with Optimization and Operations Research methodologies as applied in a commercial Marketing context
- Strong coding proficiency: python and/or Java and/or Scala
- Cloud experience with Azure or AWS and cloud AI/ML services such as Databricks, Kubernetes, docker and container orchestration, Azure Machine Learning, Azure Data Factory
- 5+ years of relevant experience
