Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in education or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions for multiple formats and audiences (e.g., instructor-led training, e-learning, video based training).
- Experience in training needs analysis, design, development, and evaluation.
- Experience with instructional design principles and processes.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to build relationships and to collaborate with technical subject matter experts to develop training content and curriculam.
- Ability to transfer knowledge and skill development, including explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills.
