As a
Talent Sourcing Expert in our People Guild, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging top talent to help shape the future of Wix. You will be instrumental in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Engage with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and build effective sourcing strategies
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to align on the candidate search process and foster a collaborative hiring approach
• Proactively identify and attract top talent using various sourcing techniques and tools
• Maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
• Perform market research, offer insights on current trends, and contribute to global sourcing initiatives
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, setting the standard for Wix's recruitment efforts

Please, note: the position is a maternity leave role, therefore the contract will be on temporary basis.
