Minimum Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering/Finance or Testing
- A minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in related fields
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Testing including automation with good understanding of Finance Processes
- Experience in testing/test management of S/4 Hana Implementations
- Ability to influence, and inspire change & adoption across business units
- Experience in product quality and uncovering hard to find scenarios and bugs
- Background in setting up and leading groundbreaking process improvements
- Experience in QA for highly scalable, distributed and dedicated platforms
- Experience in functional & performance testing.
- Familiar with metrics reporting and KPI focus
- Extremely detail oriented, committed to the highest quality of deliverables
- Experience in presenting executive level briefs for business reviews, project updates and risk mitigations
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers, senior leadership and globally dispersed partners
- Deep inquisitive mind and ability to bring in change
