Entry Level Executive Assistant
As our Entry Level Executive Assistant you’ll have an outstanding opportunity for a driven individual with a proven track record of strategic problem-solving and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a high-stakes industry. Please note the role is offered on a 12-month contract basis.
This role is based in Boorloo – Perth.
Your key responsibilities
- Strategically organize and manage complex diaries, including travel and accommodation
- Expense processing, adhering to firm deadlines
- Meeting scheduling and logistics, including catering and meeting room reservations
What we look for
To be considered for this role you must have the following skills
- A minimum of 2 years' work experience as an administrative or team assistant, who is looking for the next step to becoming an executive assistant
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A decisive team player with the ability to navigate multiple teams with sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters
- High motivation and the ability to work under pressure while managing stakeholder expectations
Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and confidence with dealing with all different types of stakeholders
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office suites and practical experience with technology and software associated with travel bookings, expense processing, customer management and workflow
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
- A self-starter who is comfortable taking the initiative and leading projects to successful completion
