Key job responsibilities
- Lead within a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing healthcare environment, demonstrating willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever necessary to secure and nurture strategic partnerships.- Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills; ability to articulate complex concepts and rationale for partnership decisions clearly and persuasively across different audiences, including senior leadership and potential partners.
- Take responsibility for the overall coordination, quality, and productivity of partnership initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in the partnerships you develop and manage.- Manage existing partnerships concurrently with identifying and pursuing future partnership opportunities in the healthcare sector.
- Exhibit strong attention to detail and end-to-end ownership of partnership lifecycles, from initial outreach to long-term relationship management.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 7+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
