Responsibilities:


• Understand business processes, the flow of data within and between processes, and recommend process improvements for effective processing of sales inquiries.
• Ensure Sales Compensation Analysts are adhering to policies and procedures. Perform audits on the quality of work. Ensure SOX compliance.
• Assist in Sales Compensation Analysts' escalations to resolve disputes and inquiries regarding compensation policies. If unable to resolve issues, escalate to appropriate Management as needed.
• Ensure day-to-day operations are processed timely and accurately.

Be the catalyst for change
• Proactively seek feedback from the sales organization in order to provide a higher level of service and customer satisfaction while scaling.
• Adopt a beginner's mind, seeking any area of improvements which could lead to higher efficiency or customer satisfaction and implementing solutions.
• Work with global business partners to manage data and operations projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and develop solutions.
• Meet with leadership to identify drivers of inefficiencies and present options for resolving inefficient behavior.


• Coordinate and execute recruitment, and training practices required to ensure appropriate levels of staffing in India. Coordinate these activities with counterparts globally.
• Build a streamlined operations team in accordance with the growth of the business.
• Foster an inclusive workplace environment that promotes company values, employee engagement, and people development.


• Requires 6+ years of related experience.
• Ability to learn quickly in a highly dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in a large-scale/matrix global organization.
• Ability to quantify quickly and make recommendations based on the needs of the business.
• Ability to drive alignment on priorities within senior management.
• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
• Ability to tell compelling stories and explain complex issues in simple ways.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.
• Strong leader and motivator.
