• Design, plan, and execute research projects focused on protein analytics and characterization.
• Develop and optimize protocols for the extraction, purification, and analysis of proteins.
• Utilize a range of analytical techniques, including chromatography, mass spectrometry or ELISAs to characterize protein structure and function.
• Analyse and interpret complex data sets to drive scientific insights and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality control, to ensure the successful development and application of protein analytics methods.
• Prepare and present research findings in scientific reports, publications, and presentations.
• Stay current with the latest scientific advancements and industry trends in protein analytics.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Mentor and guide junior researchers

• Ph.D. in biochemistry or related discipline
• Postdoctoral or industry experience in protein analytics.
• Strong expertise in protein characterization techniques and methodologies e.g. chromatography
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
