Your key responsibilities

• Use your expertise in AI, Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics technologies and solutions to advise our clients how to best solve their business challenges.
• Translate complex technical details and the potential impact of AI technologies into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders.
• Design and implement AI solutions using various technologies that address client-specific needs and add tangible value.
• Applying your AI knowledge to develop AI solution architectures.
• Act as a liaison between specialised technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Crafting recommendations and roadmaps for the full-scale rollouts of AI solutions.
• Establishing relationships with teams & client personnel at appropriate levels when needed.

Attributes to thrive in the role

• Bachelor's degree (master's or PhD preferred) in Data Science, AI, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience with AI technologies, 1+ year experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) / Large Language Models (LLMs) / Generative AI (GenAI).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms effectively.
• Proficient in programming, software development, AI engineering, and MLOps.
• Ability to look at the AI solutions from systemic perspective including data, technology, and algorithms.
• A high level of people skills for communication and collaboration, crucial for an international team setting.
• Ability to work with vague requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Resilience and dedication to excel professionally, with a resourceful and innovative mindset.
• Proficient in Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and tools (Kedro, Kubeflow, etc.).
• Experience with cloud-based AI solutions (Azure, AWS, GCP).
