What you'll do:

  • Leading and directing large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects by reviewing project requirements and translating requirements into technical solutions and project plans while managing cost, resources, and timelines.
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
  • Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.


What you'll bring:

  • Contributing technical expertise to product development, coordinating the development of new technologies with IT engineers, and ensuring timely product delivery.
  • Guiding the team on how to get the most out of self-organization
  • Assessing the effectiveness of the project team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
  • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Utilizes knowledge of: Risk management methodologies; Project management tools, techniques, and methodologies; Project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports; Financial management tools and processes; Budgeting and internal and external programs; Change management; Critical paths; Negotiation methodologies. To independently monitor and evaluate the progress of multiple projects in a program against approved milestones, quality metrics, and timelines.
