We are looking for an Electronic Hardware AdvancedSystems Engineer that would join provide expert-level technical leadership in thedesign, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions for ourpower and propulsion technologies. You will play a critical role in drivinginnovation, safety, and efficiency in sustainable aerospace. Your expertise in electronicsystems engineering, and technical leadership will be instrumental in shapingthe future of technology and aerospace solutions.
This is a hybrid role, 3 days in office, 2 from home.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and participate on the design anddevelopment of complex power electronic systems and components, ensuringscalability, efficiency, and robustness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanics, power & controlelectronics, software, modelling simulation) to integrate systemsseamlessly into existing processes
- Work closely with project management to align on project plans, milestones anddriving project execution
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and align projectswith business objectives
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning andinnovationPlease note that due to export restrictions, we will only be able to take into consideration applicants with an EU, UK or Canadian citizenship.
Key skills and qualifications
- Universitydegree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related discipline
- 6+years of experience in electronic design systems engineering, and technical leadership
- Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, andtroubleshooting
- Good English command
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
