In this role, you will work on AI technologies to enhance low code AI assistant development. You will develop and execute based on both short and long-term roadmaps, making effective trade-offs between business impact and a high-quality technical foundation. You will own relationships with other engineering & DS teams and collaborate with other functions within Snowflake

What you will be doing

• Develop innovative, scalable AI solutions for real business problems. Drive the full lifecycle of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Utilize hands-on experience with AWS to design, develop, and implement Generative AI (GenAI) solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) such as Llama 2/3, MIstral, Mixtral, Snowflake Cortex.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design AI solutions accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to clearly define and communicate complex concepts.

Strong software development experience, including 7+ years of experience in Java, Python

• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and related toolsets in the LLM ecosystem, such as Langchain, vector databases, and open-source Hugging Face models , with at least 3-4 months of hands-on experience is desired
