What you'll do

As a new team member, you will be supporting further improvement of our Governance concept. This includes:

• Maintaining and further improvement of our ECS Technology Dashboard build with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Support our Capacity Planning framework and tooling including setting the right KPIs and targets that ensure meeting ECS overall business strategy and goals
• Take responsibility for accurate KPI definition, tracking, forecasting, and business inspection processes
• Act as trusted advisor on core architecture topics and business insights

What you bring

• Studying Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or related field
• Ability to continuously acquire new knowledge proactively and independently
• Fundamental knowledge of IT Operations and work experience is a plus
• Strong written and verbal skills in English, German is a plus
• Good Communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and first experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus
