What You'll Do
You will work within the Webex Platform and Infrastructure team to help support implementation and expansion of the Webex Contact Center Enterprise dedicated instance environments and other projects.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Program leadership – organize a team of cross functional business and IT subject matter experts to develop and execute multiple customer deployments in parallel
- Business and Systems Architecture partnership – engage with architects across various groups in the development and execution deployments.
- Build capability and capacity within the organization by acting as an inspiring leader to solution problems, help triage, assess and drive closure to open or unassigned risks, gap business capabilities or issues
- Ensures successful, consistent execution of program(s). Maintain integrated view of the transformation portfolio and ensure plans are achievable
Minimum Qualifications
- 5 + years of infrastructure deployment program leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or business, or at least 5 years of related work experience
- 5 + years of experience working with project planning tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, SmartSheet, or MS Project)
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Effective in influencing and using effective collaborative relationships for success
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills and the ability to influence, interact, and present at multiple levels in the organization
- You are results oriented, ambitious, flexible, and able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
