Your role:

• Assist director in all aspects of organizational objectives and support, including team morale

• Ensure objectives are met, balancing the needs of the business and the team, escalating as needed to remove barriers

• Utilize leadership skills to assist the team with navigation of daily workflow and problem solving, escalating issues and pulling in additional resources as needed to remove roadblocks in the process

• Participate in departmental goal planning and lead goal setting for direct reports

• Hire, motivate, mentor, develop and retain excellent talent

• Provide timely feedback, coaching and direction to staff

• Ensure team compliance with SOX controls and provide data for audit requirements

• You have aBachelors degreein business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience

• You've 4+ yearsexperience in aCustomer Service Operationsenvironment, with emphasis on sales support for order intake and revenue

• 2+ years people management experience, with clearcompetency in leading, building and motivating a team.

• Your skills include strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to impact and influence key stakeholders

• You have a passion for customer experience, operational excellence and continuous development
