As a
Finance Director, Integrated Supply Chain

You will report directly to our Industrial Automation businessgroup’s CFO of Integrated Supply Chain and can be based out of either Houston,TX or Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work arrangement (at least three days perweek in office).

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor cost development and execution (material cost, direct and indirect labor, indirect spend)
• Standard costing, absorption monitoring, inventory valuation
• Drive factory productivity and improvement of Working Capital and CAPEX
• Annual Budget, Forecasting and Performance analysis
• Implement work standardization across the global network
• Establish robust Finance processes and implement strong internal controls
• Support transformation initiatives and other ad hoc projects as required

You Must Have:

• 15+ years of finance executive oraccounting experience within a corporate environment
• Strong manufacturing backgroundand Integrated Supply Chain experience
• Ability to lead and influencediverse, cross-functional teams globally
• Ability to drive businessdecisions across the organization
• Experience in a matrixorganization

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance,Accounting, or Economics
• MBA or Masters degree in Financeor related field
• Global experience in manufacturingand supply chain
• Strong understanding of financeand operations
• Ability to understand businessactivities with a view broader than just the finance function
• Experience in driving change andtransformation initiatives
• Excellent communication andleadership skills
