As a Project Manager - Building Automation Systems here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and delivering building automation projects to our customers. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and commissioning. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will report directly to our Project Management Lead and you'll work out of our Charlotte, North Carolina location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, sustainability, and safety of buildings by successfully delivering building automation projects that meet customer requirements and exceed their expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, and commissioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and operations, to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Provide regular project status updates and reports to management.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the building automation industry.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and controls.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with Honeywell building automation products and solutions.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
