7+ years of experience advising on technical transformation solutions for large enterprises or education institutions or in a consultative pre-sales engineering role
Background in a customer facing role in IT technology, preferably with a portfolio that includes hardware, software, and services
Expertise in building and delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations and seminars
Solid understanding of Apple products and customer needs that can be translated into a compelling solution in real-time
Strong sales experience, including: qualifying, overcoming objections and obstacles, and closing business
Hands-on knowledge of multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS and iOS/iPadOS
Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross-functionally, navigate organizational structures, and manage complex relationships
Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen high-level customer relationships
