As a
General Responsibilities:
Lead, Include, Empower, and Inspire a team of Process Managers
Collaborate with various departments in different locations to develop and execute effective and efficient processes
Use a variety of techniques and tools to define, manage and improve processes, like Visual Management, Business Process Management, Lean, and Six Sigma
Provide visibility into the impact of FDO’s investments to reach organizational goals at the portfolio level by collaboratively working with multiple teams across Channels, FDO, and Fraud Intent
Develop and lead FDO’s Strategic Portfolio Management Process including: prioritization of new work, impediment removal, and assessment of progress against OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
Create clear scope and success definition across all areas of the Portfolio, including planning, communications, change management, and implementation
Support large, complex programs while providing strategic direction to stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
Lead special projects autonomously and through partnership with cross-functional teams
Use common tools and processes to inform the delivery objectives
Work cross-functionally with multiple partner areas
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in Risk, Process Management, or Project Management
At least 2 years of experience in People Leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or Human Resources
BPM (Business Process Management), PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean certification, or Six Sigma certification
At least 5 years of experience in Change Management or Portfolio Management
At least 5 years of experience in Risk, Process Management, or Project Management
At least 5 years of experience in People Leadership
At least 3 years of experience using Google Suite (GMail, Sheets, Slides, or Docs)
