Key Responsibilities:

• Owns delivery of a scrum team and contributes to delivery of p2p roadmap items. Learning to be strategic but is largely responsible for goals with a defined strategy
• Establishes engineering plans (i.e., sprint plans) and procedures, and directly decides allocation of resourcing within a scrum team
• Partner with Niab (Product, PMO) to deliver high-quality solutions on time
• Work closely with the architects, engineering leaders and the engineering team to deliver solutions for the customers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in managing and growing engineering teams that are responsible for large scale & high-volume customer impacting products.
• Familiarity with one or more tech languages (e.g Java), frameworks, architectures including mobile, front-end, back-end, full-stack development, test frameworks.
• Knowledge of software development practices, market trends and emerging technologies enabling team members to resolve technical issues of broad domain impact
• Experience building and managing highly effective engineering teams, conducting performance reviews, making compensation decisions, and recruiting talent.
• Ability to partner with business units, product management, program management and cross-functional teams to deliver business results with agility and high quality.
• BS/MS in Computer Science with 10+ years of working experience.
