Clinical Application Specialist
• Promote Philips Healthcare solutions during customer visits, product demonstrations, seminars, and trade shows
• Train customers in applying optimal usage of the equipment delivered enabling users to follow clinical procedures and protocols to achieve best practice
• Train / re-train hospital staff in case of new releases, upgrade and / or versions (changes) in the operating procedures of the equipment
• Conduct regular visits to customers to obtain direct feedback from them about the quality of the training delivery and the customer satisfaction
• Be aware and to manage at all times the safety standards required by the company, including radiation
protection, health and safety regulations
• Support product launches and advise the sales team of market feedback
• Keep up to date with new developments in the clinical application and operating field of the relevant equipment
• Responsible for reporting customer feedback according to applicable quality standard policy and follow up
relevant assigned quality & regulatory training in a timely manner
• Supporting the business with input on configurations and working with the Account Manager to provide clinical
feedback to assist in funnel management

You’re the right fit if:
•You have acquired a Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate studies in General Imaging or Cardiovascular Sonography are required as well as in-depth clinical experience within a public and/or private medical imaging department
•You have 4-5 years' experience in Clinical Ultrasound
•You have experience with Advanced Imaging technologies or cardiac catheterization/hybrid labs highly regarded
•You have previous experience in presentations and training or experience within a commercial environment will be high regarded
•You have outstanding relationship building and communication skills
• You have high levels of motivation, energy, and a drive to achieve results
•You desire to be in a commercially focused clinical role, partnering the business
• You are fluent in English and Spanish languages, both verbal and written
• You have willingness to travel extensively
