As a Director, Business Development you will:
- Manage a team of Cloud BDMs in APAC with dotted line reporting.
- Define the strategy to develop and accelerate the Public Cloud business across the Geo.
- Monitor progress and propose corrective actions when needed.
- Drive engagement between Fortinet Sales teams and Cloud providers in APAC.
- Assist with training and education of Fortinet Sales teams on Cloud providers.
- Assist with identifying and training cloud-focused channel partners.
- Support the development of ad-hoc Channel & Account plans to grow the Cloud pipeline.
- Assist Fortinet Field Sales with identifying, qualifying and closing major Cloud business opportunities in the region.
- Have a close alignment with the Cloud CSE organisation to ensure there is a trained and capable community of Cloud SEs (both Cloud SSEs and Cloud SMEs).
- Consolidate and report customer sales needs.
- Drive the development of public cloud solutions.
- Achievement of agreed quarterly sales goals for the Cloud portfolio.
- Report sales activity across APAC and help accurately forecast pipeline.
