Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of experience in data analysis, including identifying trends, generating summary statistics, and drawing insights from quantitative and qualitative data.
1 year of experience managing projects and defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in digital advertising industry in a technical role.
Experience in data management, metrics analysis, experiment design and automation.
Experience working with teammates and collaborators to reverse engineer, pen testing, and develop signals against sophisticated abuse vectors.
Demonstrate product and policy knowledge, the ability to both understand and design training roadmaps and an ability to communicate and persuade between multiple levels.
Excellent quantitative skills, and ability to translate investigative insights into business strategies and actions.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
