What you’ll do
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, building strong, collaborative relationships
Conduct regular performance reviews, addressing issues and monitoring KPIs/SLAs
Facilitate communication between stakeholders and vendors for alignment and transparency
Manage vendor contracts, ensuring favourable terms and maintaining a contract repository
Monitor contract expirations and collaborate with Sourcing/Legal/Business/Risk teams for extensions and amendments
Review and approve vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance, and adherence to pricing agreements; resolve discrepancies
Monitor vendor spending against the allocated budget, proactively addressing variances and preparing budget reports
Conduct cost analyses to identify opportunities for optimization, savings, and efficiency
Ensure compliance with internal policies/regulations; participate in audits and provide documentation
Create Purchase Orders and oversee the timely and accurate processing of vendor payments
Assess risks, ensure compliance with laws/regulations, and report on exposures
Ensure vendor compliance with policies and track/report risk exposures
Develop and maintain performance dashboards, analyse data for trends, and create reports for management review.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements through data analysis
Identify and implement process enhancements for vendor management, document procedures, and stay updated on industry best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders, communicate updates, and facilitate meetings.
What we’ll need from you
Relevant experience in a fast-paced, large global financial services firm (Operations/Finance/Accounting preferred).
Experience with Resources @ Citi, P2P, and Fieldglass is advantageous.
Demonstrable experience in third-party management is preferred.
Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
Self-reliant, good problem solver, results-oriented with attention to detail.
Ability to establish and build trust with professionals throughout the business.
Strong, influential communicator who is articulate and concise.
Strong risk management and control mindset.
Evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated, unique, and dynamic situations.
