• Lead and manage the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as product house, pre-sales, and sales, to define project requirements and objectives.
• Develop and implement technical strategies and plans to achieve project goals.

In what areas will you perform?

• Manage 3-4 technical support engineering team who provide all aspects of technical support.
• Be responsible all technical question and specification during pre-sales phase with your team members.
• Being proactive to prepare demo environment for the team and Verint partners.
• Allocate or hire appropriate resource to realize the best training function for Verint Japan Cloud and AI Bot environment.
• Manage and being responsible for all technical/ architectural inquiries.
• Coordinate answers between departments.
• In case there is Customer specific development request, you will be in charge of all outcomes. Developer and designer can be assigned internal or external resources.
• For cloud deployment, you will the project leader. Coordinate with global cloud operation team to maintain and operate Verint Japan cloud with the highest available time for the end user.

Skills & Experience

• A strong technical background and expertise in areas such as telephony, network infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT operations. They should be familiar with a wide range of technologies and have a deep understanding of computer systems.
• You are responsible for leading and managing teams of IT professionals. Strong leadership and management skills are essential to effectively guide and motivate team members, allocate resources, and oversee projects.
• Proactive participation to manage Japan office operation
• Setting the strategic direction for IT initiatives within an organization. you should have the ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and make informed decisions about technology investments.
• IT Technical Directors are often involved in overseeing complex IT projects. You should possess strong project management skills, including the ability to define project scope, develop project plans, manage budgets and resources, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are important for IT Technical Directors. They should be able to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build positive relationships with internal and external partners.
