Key Responsibilities
Ensures that specific project and program objectives are defined for areas of responsibility, and that necessary preliminary activities (e.g., determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others) are completed to allow for effectiveness and focus during later stages of completion.
Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
Ensures that all phases of project, program and/or process development are documented and that information required in other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate. Ensures compliance with Company policies regarding Engineering/Lab notebooks, patents, confidentiality and safety.
Ensures that the utilization of all material and financial resources is carried out in an effective manner.
Effectively work with other staff to maximize productivity for the project / program.
Other Requirements:This position may require standing for extended periods of time, walking, working in tight spaces, bending, squatting, twisting, kneeling, reaching, lifting, the ability to distinguish between colors, the ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise, and the use of hand and power tools.
Additionally, because this position also may involve working in a clean room, the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses, gloves, respirators, chemical aprons, and face shields may be required.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Assist in managing projects using agile and traditional methodologies, to support process and solution delivery within timelines and budget. Collaborate with GIS on solution delivery.
- Partner with GFP&A and Segment Finance to align management reporting structures, master data records, hierarchies, and cross functional system integrations.
- Act as data stewardship for all Finance Master Data, ensuring effective implementation of master data systems, controls and processes.
- Assist in managing the life cycle of Finance Master Data across core applications (SAP ECC, MDG, COPA, BPC, Databricks)
- Drive data governance cleansing procedures and initiatives, including pre-ERP migration and migration related master data harmonization, cleansing, and conversion activities.
- Represent FSI in the Data Governance Council to define KPI’s, assist in council initiatives, influence and define the long-term master data management strategies.
- Partner with the Analytics team to develop dashboard solutions to streamline, improve, and automate the Data Governance processes.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide support and guidance.
- Develop and deliver training materials for finance and cross-functional end users
- Partner with the Close Support team and BPO partners to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Oversee and process master data requests globally.
- Contribute to process innovation and automation.
- Assist in reorganizational efforts and M&A integrations.
Required Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in data governance, finance, accounting, or related roles
- Project Management experience and PMP certification preferred
