Minimum qualifications:
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- 3 years of experience in leadership role(s) with/without direct reports.
- 3 years of experience managing prototyping laboratories.
- Experience in a people management, supervision, or team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a hardware engineering domain (e.g., mechanical, optical, or electrical engineering).
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in software or hardware testing, or test engineering.
- Experience working with the following: cameras, displays, audio hardware.
- Cross-functional experience with facilities and permitting.
- Familiarity with Linux configuration and operations, command shell and one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python or similar).
