- Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:
- Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations
- Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance
- Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes
- Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications

Qualifications:
- 6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred
- Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.

- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- In depth knowledge of banking products / systems preferred.
- CPA preferred
Education:
- Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree
This role is with the Capital Controllers Governance team in Finance. The team is responsible for developing, enhancing and executing governance processes for the Capital Controllers Group to improve efficiency and transparency as well as to ensure alignment with Citi standards and compliance with key regulatory requirements.
As Capital Controllers Governance Process Analyst, this role will be primarily responsible for supporting the process of regulatory notification of Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) changes. This firmwide process involves significant coordination between key stakeholders from the Business, Risk, Legal and Finance organizations to ensure consistency of submissions. This role will (i) support adherence to internal governance processes for preparation and review of submissions, (ii) support close partnership with firmwide stakeholders for notification of RWA changes, and (iii) maintain the documentation of processes in compliance with related regulatory requirements and firmwide standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the execution of capital controllers governance process for regulatory notification of RWA changes.
- Support recommendations for governance processes for preparation and review of related submissions.
- Enable close partnership with key stakeholders in Business, Risk, Legal and Finance to ensure consistency of submissions.
- Support the development and maintenance of documentation for regulatory notification and related processes.
Qualifications:
- Background in financial services, with a focus on process execution.
- Analytical and communication skills, including verbal and written presentation skills.
- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in driving results.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
