Job Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Depositary Oversight processes
- Conduct checks and escalate exceptions per established guidelines
- Oversee maintenance of accurate accounting and securities records
- Investigate and resolve data non-receipt and completeness issues
- Implement operational procedures for accuracy and timeliness
- Partner with Operations, Technology, Product, and Program Management teams
- Participate actively in change initiatives for system enhancement
- Champion continuous improvement by minimizing false exceptions
- Address data gaps and enhance service quality and efficiency
- Monitor and escalate potential breaches to Depositary Partners
- Contribute to ongoing enhancement of controls and procedures
Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Demonstrate understanding of security types and accounting treatment
- Apply investment compliance, asset verification, and fund accounting principles
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
- Collaborate within a team and interact with business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:
- Demonstrate knowledge of risk management and relevant regulations
- Apply experience working across multiple business areas or functions
- Exhibit expertise in financial reporting, fund administration, or custody
- Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Display experience with data vendor systems such as Bloomberg
- Drive successful handling of fund operations tasks and responsibilities
- Contribute to strategic development and process improvement initiatives
