What you will do:
- You will serve as the primary leader for software design within embedded systems development.
 - Own and drive the detailed design and, in many cases, the overall software architecture for embedded systems.
 - Act as both Scrum Master and Product Owner by maintaining the software backlog and facilitating daily stand-up meetings.
 - Assign tasks to software engineers, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to resolve challenges.
 - Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders including the Design Project Manager, Software Architect, Technical Lead, Quality and Manufacturing.
 - Ensure alignment between software, hardware, and manufacturing teams to meet project goals.
 - Follow and promote the Budapest Design Center Software Development Process, adapting Agile and Scrum practices to fit the embedded context.

- Have proven experience in embedded software development, ideally in both the Automotive and Cloud, Server, and Telecommunications sectors
 - Possess strong understanding of software-hardware integration challenges and solutions.
 - Have experience leading software teams and managing technical backlogs.
 - Are familiar with hybrid Agile methodologies adapted for embedded systems.
 - Demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.
 
We consider the following experiences as a plus- Experience with x86 based Board Management Controller and/or BIOS implementations
 - Experience with test automation and hardware testing
 - Experience in lab work with oscilloscope, logic analyser
 - IREB certificate
 - Experience with ASPICE development process
 - Experience with safety-critical systems (e.g., ISO 26262).
 - Exposure to cloud-connected embedded systems or edge computing.
