Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Analyze service profitability, cost to serve and lead / support strategic initiatives to improve productivity in services business for S. Asia region (India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Srilanka, Bhutan).

  • Provide meaningful insights / actionable outcomes to drive profitable growth and operational rigor

  • Monthly and Quarterly estimates / forecasts.

  • Ensure the timely (Monthly/Quarterly) closer of Books.

  • Prepare & Analyze all MIS on Time – Overall P&L, Modality P&L, Region P&L etc.

  • Collaborate with team to have operating plan (Budget) / Long Term Strategy (LTS).

  • Collaborate / Lead cross-functional projects to drive simplification / standardization and /or improve rigor in key Operations and Finance processes for better / sustainable growth & profitability.

  • Collaborate on projects related to internal controls over financial reporting.

  • Develop and improve financial processes / tools – for instance, live & dynamic reports / dashboards, scenario-based outcomes.

  • Active involvement and implementation of FP&A Projects and simplification through digitization

  • Manage the Annual Statutory audit / Corporate audit / Internal audit which relates to S. Asia Services business.

  • Closely Monitor the Inventory & drive Operation team to have the optimum the inventory level & control the obsolescence

Preferred Qualifications:

1. CPA / CA / ICWA or MBA from reputed Institutions preferably Graduate of GE’s Financial Management Program (FMP) with 3-5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience

2. Familiarity with India / US GAAP

3.Strong analytical and risk assessment skills

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change

6.Clear thinking/problem solving successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas 7.Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others 8.Confidence/Assertiveness: strong influencing skills across business functions

9.Experience working in a matrixed environment.
