What you'll do:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from initiation to completion.
• Define process objectives, performance metrics, and improvement targets and monitor and analyze process performance using data-driven approaches
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients.
• Ensure deliverables align with project objectives and client expectations.
• Conduct regular status meetings, provide progress reports, and track milestones.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and third-party service providers as needed.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and motivate team members to achieve goals.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in technology or project management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 7+ years as a Project Manager with a successful project delivery track record.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field from an accredited university
• Proven experience as a Process Manager or in a similar process improvement role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve process-related issues
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in process mapping and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness and experience working in international teams
